Actor Julius Carry Dies

Actor Julius Carry, also known as Julius J. Carry III, died 19 August 2008 of pancreatic cancer. Born 12 March 1952 in Chicago, Illinois, the 6’5″ actor may have been best known for his role in the 1985 martial arts film The Last Dragon. He also starred on television, such as in 1989’s Doctor, Doctor, and guest-starred on many other series.
He co-starred in the short-lived The Adventures of Brisco County, Jr. (1993-94), in which he played bounty hunter Lord Bowler. Other genre roles include: four episodes of Do Over (2002), Earth 2 (1994), Tales from the Crypt (1993), Dinosaurs (1993), World Gone Wild (1988), and Misfits of Science (1985).
His first appearance was in Disco Godfather (1979), and his last, an episode of The Unit (2006).
