New directory of sf fan clubs in the making

Similar to my directory of apas, Blue Moon Special, I've got the urge to make a directory of active sf and fantasy clubs. I'd like your help!

If you're involved in or know about a science fiction and fantasy club, please drop some information in the form at this link. It'll populate a Google Doc, which I'll use to contact the club organizers, flesh out the directory, etc. Give as much or as little info as you've got.

The resulting directory will be included in a zine I edit, as well as distributed as a standalone document to fandom in general. Everyone who offers info will get a copy to boot.
