New unpublished Tolkien book coming in May

Andrew Porter points us at this brief article on theBookseller.com, which says there's a new, unpublished J.R.R. Tolkien book coming out this May. Specifically, it announces The Legend of Sigurd and Gudrùn, edited by introduced by the author's son, Christopher. Toklien write the book, an English narrative verse retelling of the Norse epics of Sigurd the Vöslung and the Fall of the Niflungs, during the 1920s and '30s, before The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings.

We don't have any information from HarperCollins, who the piece says will publish the book in hardcover, but when we do, we'll bring it to you.
