Clarkesworld Magazine's December issue

The 27th issue of Clarkesworld Magazine, dated December 2008, is now available. This issue features:

Fiction:
"A Woman's Best Friend" by Robert Reed
"Episode Number 72" by Don Webb
"The Completely Rechargeable Man" by Karen Heuler

Non-Fiction:
"To Believe the Magic is Real: A Conversation with Ed Greenwood" by Jeremy L.C. Jones
"Frosty was a WHAT?!!" by Neil Clarke

The cover art is "Brave Dissent" by Adam Gillespie.

Publisher Neil Clarke also notes that "this is the last issue to feature fiction picked by editor Nick Mamatas." Mamatas stepped down several months ago (see this article), and fiction chosen by Clarke will begin appearing in the next issue.
