John Klima takes on Anne Zanoni to assist with Electric Velocipede

By Ian Randal Strock

Editor John Klima writes: "I am proud to announce the addition of Anne Zanoni to the editorial staff of Electric Velocipede. Anne has worked in the past as an assistant to Steven Brust, and currently works as a freelance copyeditor and proofreader. Anne will take over many of the important smaller tasks that are needed to run the magazine, freeing up my time for editing. Anne will serve as a liaison to authors, reviewers, advertisers, and more. The magazine has gotten big enough over the years that I can no longer maintain my standards of quality without additional help. I look forward to Anne getting involved with the day-to-day operations of the magazine."

Electric Velocipede is Klima's two-times-a-year small press 'zine that publishes "something different… something unusual… a little weird." It started as a steampunk magazine, but Klima has branched out, publishing some science fiction, some fantasy, and cross-genre fiction.
