Ian Randal Strock's book launch party

Though not actually an sf book, SFScope Editor Ian Randal Strock is inviting all SFScope readers, friends, and family to the launch party for his first book, The Presidential Book of Lists: From Most to Least, Elected to Rejected, Worst to Cursed—Fascinating Facts About Our Chief Executives.

The party will be at Books of Wonder (18 West 18th Street, in Manhattan, New York; call 212-989-3270 for directions) on Tuesday 28 October from 6 to 7:30PM (the book's official publication date is one week earlier, on 21 October). There will be food and beverage, fun and frivolity, and Strock may even get a chance to talk about his other favorite subject: the Presidents and Presidency of the United States.
