Art Director Dave Caplan moves to Little, Brown

By Ian Randal Strock

Dave Caplan left HarperCollins Children's Books for Little, Brown Books for Young Readers. The move raises his title from art director to senior art director. He'll oversee art direction for the Poppy imprint as well as the hardcover and paperback fiction from Little, Brown Books for Young Readers.

Previously, Caplan worked for Scholastic, Henry Holt, and Simon & Schuster. Some of the titles he's worked on include The Vampire Diaries, Pretty Little Liars, and the newest redesign of the classic Beverly Cleary titles.
