The second Lazy Dragon Con will be held 18-20 July at the Quality Inn in McKinney, Texas. Organizer Ben Daw calls it a relaxacon, but he also says they'll have a host of media guests (headlined by Richard Kiel, who played Jaws in two James Bond movies), a 20-table dealers' room, authors on panels, and an advance screening of Yesterday Was a Lie. The convention also serves as a fundraiser for The Breast Cancer Research Foundation.
Other media guests scheduled to attend include: Burton Gilliam, James Hampton, Dean Mitchell, Mike Savva, Christsian Simpson, Robert A. Steffenino, and Scott L. Swartz. Authors and artists expected include: Guest of Honor Lee Martindale, Rhonda Eudaly, Gwynn "Starrydance" Farrith, Brad Foster, Beverly Hale, James O'Barr, Gloria Oliver, and Cat Torpedo Comics.
