 Once again, Free Comic Book Day is upon us. The seventh annual event, as always, will be on the first Saturday in May, thus, 3 May 2008. "Free Comic Book Day (FCBD) is a single day when participating comic book shops across North America and around the world are giving away comic books absolutely free to anyone who comes into their stories."
