Actress Beverlee McKinsey Dies

Actress Beverlee McKinsey died 2 May 2008 from complications following a kidney transplant. Born Beverlee Magruder in McAlester, Oklahoma, on 9 August 1935, she was a well-known soap opera actress in the 1970s, '80s, and '90s. She was best known for playing strong women on Another World and Guiding Light.

Her only genre film role was in 1983's The Demon Murder Case.

She also appeared in Broadway in the 1960s and '70s.
