 BOOM! Studios is introducing its third monthly anthology series, Zombie Tales, in April. The premiere issue features writers Steve Niles (30 Days of Night), Joe R. Lansdale (Jonah Hex), and Kim Krizan (Before Sunrise, Before Sunset), with "a trio of undead tales that will rot your head away!" Each monthly issue will "unearth these stories of the undead with different master storytellers and spectacularly renered art by some of the top comics artists."
 "Everybody at BOOM! is really stoked about doing another new monthly anthology. We had such success with the original Zombie Tales one-shots, we knew our fans were hungry for more. And this new monthly Zombie Tales will satiate the most ravenous fans!" said Marketing and Sales Director Chip Mosher.
The premiere issue has two different covers (both pictured on this page), as will each successive issue. And, "for those who missed the previous anthology, the Zombie Tales trade paperback is also being offered again." That volume includes work by writers Mark Waid, Keith Giffen, Andrew Cosby, John Rogers (Transformers the Movie), Johanna Stokes, Michael Alan Nelson, and others. Featured artists include Keith Giffen, J.K. Woodward, Lee Moder, Dave Johnson, Mark Badger, and more.
