City of Saints and Madmen going back to press

Jeff VanderMeer reports that City of Saints and Madmen has sold out, but Bantam Spectra is "doing a significant reprint. I'm not quite sure what printing it's on, but it continues to sell well, even after having been out for so long." The Spectra trade paperback edition was originally published in February 2006; previously, the book was published by Wildside in 2004.
