DUFF deadline approaching

The Down Under Fan Fund, or DUFF, was founded in 1972, and is a "fan-supported fellowship to encourage closer ties between science fiction fans in Australasia and north America through an alternating exchange of representatives." Balloting is now open for this year's DUFF, which will send a North American fan to Swancon, the Australian National Science Fiction Convention, in Perth, Australia, 20-24 March 2008. The nominees this year are the team of Steve & Sue Francis, and Murray Moore.

Ballots must be accompanied by a donation of at least US$5 or A$6. Ballots must be received by 31 January 2008. For full information a ballot, see this pdf file.
