Space Westerns's Limerick Contest

Space Westerns has just added poetry to the mix of what it publishes, and in honor of this new direction, they're holding a limerick contest. Entry deadline is 10 November 2007, and they expect to publish the winners on 25 November. The winner receives $25; second place gets $5; and runners up, $1 each.

The judges for the contest are screenwriter Jane Espenson, author Keith R.A. DeCandido, and song writer Gary Trainer. In addition to the ranking prizes (above), each judge will award an additional prize to their personal favorite entry. Jane's choice will get a signed copy of Serenity Found; Keith's choice will get a signed copy of the novelization of Serenity; and Gary’s choice will get a signed copy of Coming Out Electric by The Atomic Swindlers.
