Highlights fiction contest

Highlights Magazine has announced its 2008 fiction contest for "stories set in the future." They're offering three $1,000 prizes for stories of up to 800 words (or 500 words if they're for beginning readers). Entries must be postmarked between 1 and 31 January 2008; winners will be notified and announced in May (and non-winning stories will be returned then).
