Peter Straub and Michael Easton team up to write Graphic Novel

By Ian Randal Strock

Horror writer Peter Straub and soap opera star Michael Easton are going to co-write The Green Woman, an original graphic novel for DC Comics' "Vertigo" line (which is aimed at mature readers). Executive Editor Karen Berger describes it as "an epic psychological horror story."

Easton currently appears on One Life to Live, and was previously a regular on Port Charles and Days of Our Live. He also appeared in Mutant X, Total Recall 2070, and VR.5.

Straub is the winner of five Bram Stoker Awards, two World Fantasy Awards, two British Fantasy Awards, two International Horror Guild Awards, and was named Grand Master at the 1998 World Horror Convention.
