 The Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers of America (SFWA) has announced the names of the members for this year's Andre Norton Award Jury (the Award Emblem is pictured at right). The identities of the Short Fiction and Script juries are expected to be released soon (the Novel jury was previously announced).
The juries are tasked with reading all the eligible publications (in this case, young adult sf and fantasy) published during the year. After the final ballot is determined by vote of the members of SFWA from the preliminary ballot, the jury has the option of adding one work to it. All works of young adult science fiction and fantasy published in English anywhere in the world, in any format, are eligible for jury consideration.
Publishers who issue eligible titles are encouraged to provide each juror with a copy as they are published.
